CHEF JACKIE

Bringing Professional Culinary Experience Home

My Story

Hi, I'm Chef Jacqueline "Jackie" Goggins, and if there's one thing I've always known about myself, it's that I love feeding people.

Growing up, I was actually a very shy kid. I didn't know what I wanted to be when I got older, but I did know one thing—I loved being in the kitchen.

My parents made sure my siblings and I learned how to cook. My mom was an incredible cook, and my dad always gave me the best advice and encouraged me to keep moving forward. Looking back, that's where my passion for cooking truly began.

I've always believed that everyone deserves a good meal, and I love seeing people smile after taking that first bite.

That passion eventually turned into Juicy Jay LLC.

More Than 10 Years of Professional Culinary Experience

Before starting Juicy Jay LLC, I had the opportunity to cook in some incredible places that helped shape me into the chef I am today.

I began my professional career preparing hot meals for Delta Air Lines, serving travelers on international flights.

From there, I joined Norwegian Cruise Line, where I spent three years preparing meals for more than 2,400 passengers during every meal service.

Working aboard that ship completely changed my confidence as a chef.

If you can prepare meals for thousands of guests every day while maintaining quality and consistency, you learn that you can handle just about anything.

After my cruise ship experience, I accepted a position cooking aboard a U.S. Navy vessel, preparing meals for both civilian mariners and active-duty Navy personnel.

That experience introduced me to something I never expected...

Baking.

To be honest...

I didn't like baking at all. But I challenged myself. I learned how to bake homemade bread, Homemade biscuits, Cookies, Brownies. Desserts from scratch.

Today, 99% of the items we prepare at Juicy Jay LLC are homemade, and that challenge became one of the greatest lessons of my career.

I later became the Chief Cook and Baker aboard NOAA research vessels, preparing meals for scientists and crews supporting important environmental research.

Each stop along my journey taught me something new.

Today, I bring all of those experiences together to serve families throughout Metro Atlanta.

Why I Started Juicy Jay LLC

Owning my own business has always been a dream.

I wanted to create something that would serve my community with food that's full of flavor, made with love, and priced fairly.

I believe good food shouldn't have to be expensive.

Whether I'm serving from the food truck, catering a celebration, or preparing meals for a family, I want every customer to know they're receiving food prepared with passion and dedication.

Made With Love

If I had to describe my cooking in just three words...

Made With Love.

Everything I prepare is done with honesty, passion, loyalty, and commitment.

(Yes... commitment is so important to me that I'd probably say it twice.)

Because when someone chooses Juicy Jay LLC, they're trusting me to feed the people they care about most.

I never take that lightly.

What Makes Me Happiest?

People often ask what I enjoy most about my work.

The answer is simple.

First...

I love feeding people.

Second...

I love making people happy.

And third...

I absolutely love reading the reviews after someone enjoys one of my meals.

Of course...

There's always that one customer you can't make happy...

But thankfully, they're rare.

Most of the time, I get to see people smile, come back, and recommend Juicy Jay LLC to their family and friends.

That's what keeps me going.

My Favorite Thing To Cook

Soul Food.

Without question.

Although...

If you've had one of my burgers, you already know why they're one of our customer favorites.

We use a special blend of ground brisket and ground sirloin from our butcher to create a burger that's juicy, flavorful, and unforgettable.

Looking Toward the Future

One of my biggest dreams isn't just growing Juicy Jay LLC.

It's creating a demonstration kitchen where I can teach young people how to cook.

I want teenagers to discover the same passion that cooking gave me.

To build confidence.

To learn a valuable life skill.

And maybe even discover a career they never imagined.

Because someone invested in me.

I'd love the opportunity to invest in the next generation too.

My Promise To You

When you invite me into your home or trust me to cater your event...

You're getting more than a chef.

You're getting someone who genuinely cares about people.

Someone who believes food brings families together.

Someone who believes good food doesn't have to be expensive.

And someone who prepares every meal...

Made With Love.
